“The GP visit and hospital referral showed I had calcites in my breast. Thankfully it has been caught early. This would not have been discovered had it not been for Pink Power, as I have no symptoms. It has avoided a potentially serious situation for me”.
Pink & Blue Power, a potentially life-saving breast and prostate health assessment and education programme**, was launched in response to a high level of cancer claims.
The aim is to increase awareness of the signs and symptoms of breast and prostate cancer to promote early intervention.
The programme offers a once-off clinical physical breast or prostate exam. Where further investigation is required, a referral to a participating private hospital is arranged for a Mammogram, Ultrasound, MRI and/or biopsy, where needed.

Important: While some participants are diagnosed with breast or prostate cancer through the programme, it is not a screening programme. The assessment provided only reflects a point in time. No test or exam will pick up every case of breast cancer or prostate cancer. Therefore, if you have signs and/or symptoms that are concerning for breast or prostate cancer, now or in the future, please consult with your own GP without delay. Please read the programme guide/FAQ booklet above before you book.
