for Forsa members
Cornmarket has partnered with Forsa and Breast Cancer Ireland to deliver a Breast Health Awareness & Education Programme for all Forsa members. The team will talk to members about breast health awareness and demonstrate the early signs of breast cancer.
Presentations can take place in-person or virtually depending on your workplace’s preference.
The programme is all about starting a discussion about breast health and encouraging Forsa members to self-check regularly to identify what is normal for them, so that if an abnormality occurs it will be detected early.
Using a medically induced mannequin a coordinator from Breast Cancer Ireland will show the 8 signs and symptoms of breast cancer as well as how to perform a self-check examination. Presentations take approximately 30 minutes and can be arranged anytime during the day.
