All Cornmarket customers, where Cornmarket already holds a record of their date of birth, mobile phone number (ROI or UK), and email address, can register for MyCornmarket. Note that the email address must be associated with only one client record.
To register, you need to provide your date of birth, email address, and mobile number. These must match your customer records already held by Cornmarket. Note that you need to have access to both the email address and mobile number you provided, for authentication purposes.

If you are already registered for MyCornmarket and try to do so again, you will receive an email prompting you to log in instead. If are registered but you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the MyCornmarket Log In page.
Emails typically arrive within a minute, but sometimes they may can take a little longer to arrive in your inbox. Occasionally, they may deliver to your Spam folder – be sure to check it. If after an hour you still haven’t received an email, this is likely because:
· One (or more) of the details you provided did not match the details Cornmarket has on record for you
· The email address provided is associated with more than one client record in Cornmarket

The MyCornmarket portal allows you to easily access your policy details and personal information. You can also speak to our team directly via the client portal. Signing in to MyCornmarket will allow you to:
· View your Cornmarket policies.
· Update your personal information such as name, address, mobile number, username, marketing preferences, and your policy renewal dates.
· Contact our teams directly about new and existing policies, Cornmarket initiatives, or about any other queries you may have.
· Access messages about your policies and queries, knowing all details are secure on MyCornmarket.
· Log in securely using two-factor authentication- so you know only you have access to your MyCornmarket account.
Please note that, before you can log in, you will need to have registered for MyCornmarket. You can do so by using the details we have on record for you.
If you’ve already successfully registered for MyCornmarket, you can log in at any time using your email address and password. You will also need access to the mobile phone number we have on record for you to complete two-factor authentication.
You can reset your password. Click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the MyCornmarket log in page and follow the instructions on the screen. Note that you will need access to both the email address and mobile phone number we have on record for you in order reset your password.
If you still remember your password and you have access to the mobile phone number registered with us, you can still use your old email address to log in. Once you have successfully logged in, you can change your username (the email address you use to log in) in the Profile page.

You may have a different email address for logging in to MyCornmarket than you have for the communications we send you from MyCornmarket. You can manage this in your Profile page, under ‘Personal Information’. If you still can’t log in, the FAQs above should help. Log in to your MyCornmarket portal. Once logged in, click the ‘Profile’ icon in the top-right corner. To edit your details, click the pencil icon in the relevant section ; once finished updating your details, click ‘Save’.
Please note that these changes may not be reflected in your MyCornmarket portal immediately. We will send you a notification once your request has been processed.
You can view most of your active policies in your MyCornmarket portal. Old policies are visible for six months after their expiration.
However, there are some exceptions to the above:
· Car and Home Insurance policies purchased after August 2024. If this is relevant to you, it does not mean there is an issue with your policy; the policy is simply not visible in the My Policies page. We are working towards rectifying this issue.
· Mortgages arranged through Cornmarket. Cornmarket offers Mortgage advice as a service and has no access to the information pertaining to your Mortgage, once it is set up with your chosen lender.
· Savings and investment policies. We do not have up to date information for some of these policies, as we do not collect premiums for them. For this reason, they may not be visible in your portal, despite being active.

Documents will be made available in the My Documents page as they become available. You will get notified when this happens. Unless you have received a message from us that states otherwise, it is expected that no documents are displayed in this section: you will receive your documents via email or post, as usual.
Yes. You can change the email address you log in with in the Profile section. You can change this to a different email address that you own and have access to. Note that this email address is simply your username for the client portal, and can be different to the email address on which you receive our MyCornmarket communications.
To change your username, log in to MyCornmarket and go to your Profile page, at the top-right corner. Click the pencil icon next to ‘MyCornmarket account’ to edit your username and follow the steps on the screen. It will prompt you to log back in at the end: make sure to complete this step.
Yes. You can change the email address where you’d like us to send your MyCornmarket communications to. To do so, log in to MyCornmarket and click the Profile icon. Under ‘Personal Information’, you can amend the ‘Email’ field by clicking the pencil icon. After you’ve saved your changes, you will receive a notification from us once your request has been fulfilled.
