About the Series

Last year’s MyHealthCheck programme was a great success, with over 1,880 TUI Income Continuance Plan members* attending an assessment and receiving personalised health insights and recommendations.

Following on from this, the TUI and Cornmarket have teamed up with Zevo Health, who have transformed those insights into a powerful 6-part online wellbeing series to help you take control of your health.

What topics are covered?

Wellbeing Consultant & Coach, Anna McMahon and Health Psychologist & Psychotherapist, Avril Ivory, are two wonderful engaging experts who will take you through each topic.

Cardiometabolic Health and Longevity

Take a deep dive into the critical indicators of cardiometabolic health, including metabolic syndrome, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes. You’ll actively learn how to assess key biomarkers like blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels.

Key to achieving your Health Goals

This session focuses on the daily habits that directly impact your overall health and wellbeing. You’ll explore proven strategies for driving behavioural change, with an emphasis on aligning your personal values with your health goals.

Using the Stages of Change and Motivation Theories, you’ll identify your core values and apply them to shape healthier behaviours. Interactive exercises and self-reflection will help reinforce your learning and build actionable plans. Find out more here.

Stress, Health, and Lifestyle Behaviours

Learn how to identify common but counterproductive coping mechanisms, such as emotional eating or overworking, and replace them with healthier strategies. Through mind-body exercises, you’ll develop practical tools to reduce stress and shift towards positive behavioural changes.

This session will also revisit the psychological factors influencing behaviour change, empowering you to build habits that support long-term wellbeing. Find out more here.

Building the Habit of Exercise

This session provides you with a clear, evidence-based framework for turning exercise into a consistent, lifelong habit. You’ll assess your current stage of change and apply tailored strategies to start, maintain, or improve your exercise routine. Whether you’re a beginner, a lapsed exerciser, or refining your approach, you’ll gain practical tools to create and sustain a routine that works for you.

Intuitive Eating

In this session, you’ll adopt a body-neutral, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition by exploring intuitive eating. You’ll learn to tune into your body’s natural hunger cues, focus on how food makes you feel, and break free from external food rules.
