Watching our webinar on a personal laptop or computer is best. You can also use a mobile device, like a mobile phone, tablet or iPad but you will need to download the free Microsoft Teams app. Follow the steps that relate to the device you will use below:
Laptop or computer users:
1. Register for our webinar
2. You will receive a link to join via email before the webinar takes place
3. Click on the link when it is scheduled to take place
4. You will be routed to your web browser
5. Select the Watch on the web instead button
6. Select Join anonymously
Mobile device users:
1. Register for our webinar
2. You will receive a link to join via email before the webinar takes place
3. Select the relevant option below to download the Microsoft Teams App. You don’t need to create an account. Close the app once it has been downloaded.
4. You should have the link to access the webinar in the email we sent you.
5. Click on the link at the date and time of the live event.
6. Select Join as guest and enter your name.
