How to join the webinar

Follow the simple steps below to connect to your webinar

Watching the webinar on a laptop or computer is best. You can also use a mobile, tablet or iPad but you will need to download the free Microsoft Teams app. Follow the steps that relate to the device you will use below.

Laptop or computer users:

Register for the webinar. We will email you a link to join the webinar before the event. Click on the link at the start time. You will be directed to your web browser. Select the Watch on the web instead button. Select Join anonymously.

Smartphone or Tablet:

Download the Microsoft Teams App now using the relevant link below. You don’t need to create an account - just close the app once it has been downloaded. If you are using an Android mobile phone or Tablet click here. If you are using an iPhone or iPad click here. Click on the link at the date and time of the live event. Select Join as guest and enter your name.

Having trouble connecting, using Microsoft Teams?

Uninstall, and then re-install the App. Then click back into the link for the live event. If you are still having difficulty, please contact Microsoft Teams for advice.
