If you would like to cancel your membership of the TUI Income Continuance Plan, please complete the opt-out form below. If you opt-out before the end of your 9-month free period, any premium you have paid will be refunded to you. It is important to note that if you cancel your cover and decide to join later, you will need to complete an application form and undergo full medical underwriting.
