**There is an 18 month waiting period for orthodontics. You must be between age 8 and 18 to avail of this benefit. Orthodontic cover of up to €1,000 is included in TeamCare Access Level 3 Plan and up to €750 on TeamCare Access Level 2 Plan.

Basic dental treatments such as fillings, extractions and treatment of gum disease only carry a three month waiting period

Major dental treatments such as crowns, inlays and onlays, root canal treatment, dentures, bridges only carry a 12 month waiting period.
