Withdraw From Your Plan

If after taking out your plan/product, you feel it is not suitable or you have changed your mind, you may cancel it by writing to us using the contact details shown below.

If you do this within the cooling off period/withdrawal period outlined in your documentation, we will arrange for the return of any payments you have made, where relevant, in line with the terms and conditions of your plan/product. Please see your product booklet/policy documentation for full details.

We strongly recommend that you seek financial advice before you cancel your plan/product.

 

If you wish to withdraw from your plan

Please contact us in writing using the relevant contact details below. Please ensure to complete the following:

  • Include “Withdraw from plan request” or “Cancellation Request” in the subject line of your cancellation request,
  • Include your name, address, client number, and date of birth in your request so we can identify you on our systems, 
  • Specify the plan /product you wish to cancel.
  • Please also note additional information required below for motor and home insurance.

If you received your documentation by post, please send in a written request along with the original Certificate and Disc of Insurance to Motor Insurance Department, Cornmarket Group Financial Services Ltd, Christchurch Square, Dublin 8.

If you received your documents by email, email us at picancellations@cornmarket.ie requesting to cancel the plan/product and confirming that the Certificate and Disc of Insurance will be destroyed. Your email must be sent from the email address we have on file for you.
