To check if your dentist is registered with Decare, just visit www.decaredental.ie/dentist-finder.
If your dentist is registered, make sure you’re covered by calling DeCare on 1890 130 017 – before your first dental appointment. They will confirm your dental insurance entitlements. Then book your visit – telling your dentist you will be using DeCare’s Direct Pay service.
If your dentist is registered with DeCare they will call your insurer and work out a treatment plan. If not, call DeCare directly on 1890 130 017 to confirm your dental insurance entitlements.
If you choose to attend a dentist outside of DeCare’s Direct Payment network, you can still visit any dentist on DeCare’s dental directory.
But before your first apppointment, remember to call DeCare on 1890 130 017 – to confirm you cover and dental insurance entitlements. You then pay dental practice direct. But don’t forget to keep your receipts to submit to your provider, who will reimburse you (according to the level of your plan).
