Helping you find support

One-to-one support

Confidential counselling is available 24/7 over phone or a 24/7 SMS service providing a helping hand when you need it the most. A range of services through Employee Assistance Programmes are also available to HSE and non-HSE employees.

Peer support

Share your experiences with like-minded peers via zoom, phone or chat rooms. Trained volunteers and moderators help participants through the sessions, providing a safe space to discuss what is on your mind.

Self-directed

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-based courses available to watch in your own time. These courses will empower you with the tools to better understand our thinking processes, and how our actions can influence in helpful or unhelpful ways.

Webinars

A series of webinars created specifically with nurses and midwives in mind. Each webinar will focus on a key topic identified from extensive research with INMO members. Available on-demand, to watch in your own time.
