Disability Benefit Claims

As well as the items mentioned on the claim form e.g. under the Mortgage Details Section and Medical Details Section, New Ireland will require:

  • Copy of photo ID e.g. driver's licence or passport
  • Proof of address in the form of a utility bill/ bank statement (dated within last 6 months)
Life Cover Claims

New Ireland will require:

  • A copy of birth certificate (or passport or driver’s license)
  • A copy of death certificate
  • A copy of marriage certificate where appropriate
