Sleep is so important and poor sleep can have a significant impact on your overall wellbeing. Space for sleep is a free, online self-direct learning programme that has been designed to help participants understand and overcome their sleeping difficulties by providing tools and techniques.

Space for sleep is one of SilverCloud's four free online programmes available via Aware. They are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and are designed to help you change some unhelpful behaviours and thoughts you may have. They will also help you develop new skills that you can use in everyday life to improve and look after your wellbeing.

This self-directed programme consists of 6 modules, which you can complete within a 6 week period.
