Space from stress is one of SilverCloud's four free online programmes available via Aware. They are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and aim to support your mental wellbeing.

It's self-directed and consists of 8 modules which you can complete in your own time, within an 8 week period.
