Space for resilience is one of SilverCloud's free online programmes available via Aware. It is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and aims to support your mental wellbeing.

This programme is self-directed and consists of 8 modules which you can complete within an 8 week period.
