What does it mean to be resilient? Many of us may believe that to have resilience, we need to have no stress or challenges, we must not be affected by any difficulties, and simply glide through life, not bothered by anything thrown at us. But, in reality, being resilient is more complex than that - in this video, we will look at what it means to be resilient, how to identify our resilient skills, and how to create the ideal learning space for ourselves to develop resilience going forward.
